Most people associate me with being an educator, which I’ve passionately pursued my entire adult life. I love helping people feel empowered as they realize their potential.


The spiritual path is not any different for me as a teacher as I combine decades of teaching experience and spiritual practice. This allows me to successfully guide others through their spiritual development.


Everyone has a unique path. Some people seek to create a sacred practice for themselves. Others wish to dig deep into shadow work to explore and heal their wounding.


Regardless of what you bring to the table, all sessions are tailored to your unique path. I provide a safe, sacred space with a relaxed approach to enhance your individual journey.

Teaching

Ann has over 30 years of teaching experience, shaping countless young minds through her dedication to students.

Education

Ann holds a Master's in Education (M.Ed.), is a Certified Mindfulness Teacher through UC Berkeley School of Science, spending two years studying with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.

Shamanic Training

Through inner work and dedication, Ann is a full Shamanic Mesa Carrier, with years of experience in energetic practices, specializing in earth-based, Celtic Shamanism. Her expertise is helping people balance their Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine energies to better fulfill their purpose.
