I’ve always been on a spiritual trajectory, although my spiritual development was quickly shut down as a small child. Being raised in the church and later seeking recovery from addiction, I had some amazing experiences. However, I wasn’t finding answers to my spiritual questions and was seeking deeper healing. Shamanic journeying helped me turn the corner, eventually leading me to use Shamanic practices to help others.
I am the container, the conduit to share information from the person on the other side of the veil to the person on this side. It is an incredibly healing opportunity to connect with loved ones that have passed. Questions are asked and answers are received that help clarify where your loved one is and how they are doing. You "the sitter" asks questions and I share the response from the other side. This can be a very emotional session, filled with a lot of relief and answers to questions left unresolved.
Shamanism is often described as walking between the two worlds of earth and spirit. I worked with three very skilled Shamans to build the medicine wheel, each direction (north, south, east, west) brought another layer of healing into my life. The work was intense, but my inner needle was moving toward feeling whole again. I began to embrace my authentic self. It’s been a beautiful, challenging, and nourishing journey. I now bring these experiences and practices to others who seek a deeper spiritual path through Life Coaching.
There are many practices that will lead to opening our inner selves. With all energetic work, intention is the driving force. Setting intentions through sacred ceremony often results in a gradual manifestation, while Shamanic journeying can lead to more immediate guidance. In private sessions, clients are awake the entire time and interacting during their journey, while being in a very relaxed, meditative state.
We each hold a shadow side, but are often condidtioned to view this as a negative aspect of our self. Social norms have taught us to hide these feelings from ourselves and others. Painful and traumatic experiences can leave us feeling abandoned, shameful, or fearful. Shamanic work enables us to bring the shadow forward in order to heal. The shadow is often where our gifts lie. By engaging in sacred ceremony, we work to heal this wounding and bring our lives back into Divine balance.
I hold the protective, energetic container when we work together. However, every person I work with learns how to install a protective shield around their energetic field through a meditative journey, that they maintain in regular practice. This ensures they are not contacted by any energies or entities that are not of pure Christ-consciousness, unconditional love and benevolence.
While results vary, this type of coaching often serves as the springboard to personal transformation. It is an ongoing process requiring individual effort and persistence. As a partner in the healing process, clients receive tools and strategies to integrate into their lives. A daily practice may incorporate journaling, grounding, quiet meditation time, and reflection to integrate new skills. All of these personalized techniques are taught during sessions.
Individual sessions are between one and two hours. The cost is $100/session. Payment may be made with debit/credit cards or cash. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a journal. Some people like to have an eye covering when journeying.
Often when people ask me this, I respond with whether they are anxious about a dark entity or what people will say on this side. Almost every time, they are very concerned about what loved ones on this side of the spiritual veil will say. Our spirirtual journey is a very personal, sacred and intimate part of ourselves. While I do not believe in keeping secrets, I also believe we should feel complete emotional safety to share those details with someone else. When starting on this spiritual path, it is very common not to feel sure of yourself, so trust that and trust your intuition about whether you should share with others or not. Eventually, you will feel much more sure of your journey and may want to share with others. Sharing is never a requirement.
The Women's Circle is a closed space of other like minded women who are seeking to grow their spiritual selves. This includes meditative journeying to connect with our Higher Selves, drumming, breath work, sacred feminine ceremonies, processing our journey, all while deepening our spiritual practices. Learn to connect and work with the Goddess archtype energy. We will create sacred items together and learn how to use them. This may include: building hand drums, learning to use divination tools, crafting sacred items for our personal altars, journal making and prompts, and working with sacred items such as crystals that enhance our spiritual connection. This is a safe space to grow your practice and share with other women. You are worth the investment in your sacred journey.
The first step in your healing journey is connection. Let's find a time to meet and discuss what's on your heart and mind. Together, we'll explore the path to your inner peace and transformation
